The Association fransaskoise de Zenon Park (AFZP) has been serving the French-speaking community of Zenon Park – and region – for nearly forty years. The AFZP’s mission is to ensure the vitality of the local French community and to promote its development. This centennial community was founded in 1910 by French Canadian and Franco-American pioneers who came to Saskatchewan looking for a better future for their families. It is their perseverance, their resourcefulness, and their Franco-Catholic values that laid the foundation of this inspiring agricultural community.
Our ancestors would be proud to see that Zenon Park is still today a vibrant bilingual community. We are proud of Zenon Park’s French history and cultural diversity, proud to belong to Saskatchewan’s Fransaskois community. We cordially invite all of you to come say “bonjour” and discover for yourselves what makes this French town so friendly!
